Requesting a Reservation
We have three meeting rooms available for use by organizations of a civic, cultural, or educational character, but not for social gatherings, money-raising events (except for those benefiting the Library Foundation) or commercial purposes. See the Meeting Room Policy here.
The Oscar Hirsch room accomodates up to 75 chairs or 20 tables; the Geraldine Hirsch room accommodates up to 50 chairs or 10 tables. Groups reserving these rooms are responsible for setting up and breaking down the rooms.
The Penzel Conference Room accommodates up to 15 people around a permanent board room table. No set up is required.
All three rooms are also equipped with a projector and screen and are accessible to a community kitchen.
